I normally use the Fresh Extreme gummies 4500mg, but due to some gastric health issues, I decided to try the chill Plus Delta Force capsules 2000mg. I started with one capsule my 1st day, in a 12 hour period…I had a small buzz/high, but not as much as I felt with the gummies. Next day I took 2 capsules and I found my high/buzz! So now I just pop 2 capsules and I’m good to go for the next 8-10 hours! I do take one more capsule if I know I’m going to be awake longer than 12 hours.
